June 20th ESPN reporters Tim Bontemps and Dave McMenamin posted a post today, talking about the potential operations of the Lakers after the change of ownership.

The article states that the Lakers not only have to work hard to find the center Doncic likes who can be aerial contact, but also upgrade the team's shooting ability. And they also need to do this with limited salary space and trading assets.

If James chooses to execute the contract, the Lakers can only provide free agents with a mini middle class special case of $5.7 million. In addition, the Lakers have only one first-round pick left (in 2031 or 2032) that can be traded for lineup upgrades.
