Kneckett: Many training plans are made during the offseason, and I want to work hard to become a comprehensive player

Recently, Lakers player Kneckett talked about his offseason training plan in an interview.

Kneckett said: "I have experienced a lot this season and have grown in physical, technical and mental aspects, but obviously there are many things I need to improve. It is not easy to gain a foothold in the NBA. I hope to strive to become a more comprehensive player, adapt to my role, and complete the tasks assigned by the team.

I have made detailed plans with the trainers, from dribbling, shooting to physical confrontation, and I have been busy this offseason."

During the regular season of this season, Kneckett played 78 games, averaging 19.1 minutes per game, scoring 9.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.3 steals, shooting percentage of 46.1%, and 37.6% from three-point shooting percentage; during the playoffs, Kneckett played only 2 games, averaging 1.8 minutes per game, scoring 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.
