On July 27, the Los Angeles Lakers officially announced that the team has signed defender RJ Davis, forward Eric Dickson, forward Arthur Kaluma and defender Augustas Marciolionis. According to ESPN's Dave McMenaming, all four players have received Exhibit10 contracts. The Exhibit10 contract is a non-guaranteed contract for training camp, but if a player is cut and can play for at least 60 days on the team's G League affiliate team, he or she is eligible for a prize of up to $85,300.
RJ-Davis is 1.83 meters tall and joins the Lakers after spending five college seasons at the University of North Carolina (2020-2025). In his last season with the Tar Heels, he played in all 37 games and started all of them, averaging 17.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.0 steals per game in 34.2 minutes, and was selected for the second team of the ACC League All-Team. After his junior season, he was elected the 2024 ACC League Player of the Year and won the 2024 Jerry West Award (the award is awarded to the top college shooting guards in the United States every year). In 175 career games at the University of North Carolina (155 starts), Davis averaged 15.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.0 steals in 32.4 minutes. Davis recently represented the Lakers in the 2025 Summer League, playing in the California Classics and the Las Vegas Summer League. In the final game against the Denver Nuggets in Las Vegas, the 23-year-old scored 6 of 11 shots (3 of 5 three-pointers and 2 of 2 free throws) in 25 minutes of playing time, scoring 17 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists and 1 steal.
Dixon is 2.03 meters tall and joined the Lakers after spending five college seasons at Villanova University (2020-2025). He had signed a two-way contract with the Lakers before, but was later laid off. In the 2024-2025 season, he led the National College Athletic Association (NCAA) with an average of 23.3 points per game, shooting 45.1% from the field and 40.7% from three-pointers. At the same time, he averaged 5.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game in 34.8 minutes, so he was selected for the All-Squad Team of the Greater Eastern Conference. In his school-setting record-breaking career games (141 starts) for the Wildcats, he averaged 14.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 27.5 minutes. Dixon was selected to the Big East League All-Squad second team in both sophomore and junior seasons, and when he left Villanova, he became the school's all-time scoring champion.
Kaluma is 2.01 meters tall and starts his career after four college seasons. He has played for the University of Texas (2024-2025), Kansas State University (2023-2024) and Creton University (2021-2023). In her only season at the University of Texas, Kaluma played 33 games (32 starts), averaging 12.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 29.3 minutes. In 134 college career games (131 starts), he averaged 12.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 30.0 minutes. The 23-year-old recently represented the Lakers in the 2025 Summer League, playing in the California Classics and the Las Vegas Summer League. In four games between San Francisco and Las Vegas, Kaluma averaged 4.5 points and 2.0 rebounds in 12.3 minutes.
Marciulionis is 1.93 meters tall and starts his career after spending four college seasons (2021-2025) at St. Mary's College (California). In his final season with the Gales, he started all 35 games, averaging 14.2 points, 3.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.3 steals in 34.8 minutes. He was selected as the West Coast League (WCC) Player of the Year in 2025 with his third-place assists and was selected as the West Coast League's All-Squad Team. In 138 college career games (91 starts), the 23-year-old averaged 8.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.7 minutes.
