English League One starts with 4 wins in 6 games, Wilshere: The passion for football is burning in my heart

Hupu reported on November 21 that the Daily Mirror had an exclusive interview with Jack Wilshere, the head coach of League One team Luton.

He is a talented and determined young coach who loves working with his players and is eager to succeed. But the regrets from his playing days have always lingered in his mind. He had a brilliant career at Arsenal and represented England 34 times. However, injuries brutally ended his playing career when he was only 30 years old.

It is worth mentioning that people of Wilshere’s generation can start their coaching careers without starting in the League One like him. But he's grateful for the opportunity and ready to give it his all, as he explains why he's so eager to coach.

"Maybe there are many reasons, one of which is that I think my career has not fully reached my potential, and I still feel that I still have a lot to contribute to the sport.

I love this sport, I really love it, it is true. I love football Football, everything about it. My kids love football, my family is very family-oriented and I can't live without football.

You can choose different paths, but I said before that there are some moments where I see people who inspire me to explore my destiny as a coach.

Even when I joined the Arsenal Under-18s, you never knew if you were going to be able to do it, whether people would recognize you, or how the players would react.

It was addictive, but the more I learned about it, the more I felt like I was improving and the more I wanted more. So. I'm excited about this and the new journey ahead.

I believe that with the players and coaching staff we have, we can succeed. You know me, I have the determination to win."

Wilshere's extraordinary talent makes him a generational talent. It also gave him the opportunity to work with top managers from Arsene Wenger to Mikel Arteta, and his coaching style shaped his philosophy as a coach.

But those injury setbacks - which forced him to leave his beloved Arsenal to pursue his dream - also made him deeply appreciate his love for football. This love remains undiminished and is fundamental to his determination to lead Luton to success.

"In hard times, you love football even more, because when you lose something you really love, you miss it so much. Even if you experience football again, but maybe not to the same heights, you will still feel lost.

You will There are two choices: give up, or keep the passion burning in my heart and feel like I still have a lot to give. I want to make a contribution to football and find my own path in this crazy world of coaching. 3}

In those dark days, you have to listen to your inner voice. Everybody has an inner voice that speaks when they're going through hard times, and you have to listen to it. I never thought, 'I've had enough.'

Even when I left Norwich. Set off again, looking for new challenges, because I still have the desire to win, and this desire has not diminished. As long as this desire is still there, I will try to prove myself and start again because I love football."

His coaching career at Luton started with four wins, one loss and one draw. He takes over a team that was still in the Premier League two years ago. But there is a lot of talent at Kenilworth (Luton's home ground), and hiring the well-respected and experienced Chris Powell as assistant coach is undoubtedly a wise move.

"I think Luton suit me, a bit rugged, a bit old-school, about standards and behaviour. You walk around the club and you see Mick Harford walking around and he embodies the ethos of the club perfectly.

It reminds everyone what the club is about and then you have to understand where the players are. There are players who have played in the Premier League and there are players who don't want to be in League One and you have to understand that and Make adjustments accordingly.

Everyone is playing very well, but the team is hungry and determined to improve.

Coaching takes over your life, but you also have to love it. You have to really love it."
