Emergency! The Lakers put pressure on the Heat! Speed trades NBA championship forward
Have you discussed renewal with Hachimura? Lakers GM Pelinka: We are very confident in him.
Lakers Buha speculated that the Purple Gold Army used the renewal of Hachimura to put pressure on the Heat to trade Wiggins as soon as possible.

According to the rules, if the Lakers complete the renewal of Hachimura now, the latter will not be traded for at least six months (before the trading deadline on February 6 next year), which means that the Heat will have to continue to undertake Wiggins' contract for an additional year. Of course, the Heat can also not ask the Lakers for Hachimura in the Wiggins trade. The contract that Wiggins is executing expires in the summer of 27, with salaries of US$28.22 million and US$30.17 million respectively in the next two seasons; the contract that Hachimura is executing will expire next summer, with salaries of US$18.26 million in the 25-26 season.
From a contract perspective, Hachimura Shizuo is indeed the most suitable bargaining chip for the Lakers to exchange for Wiggins from the Heat.

Previously, US media suggested that the Lakers send Hachimura Hiroshi + Kneckett + a first-round pick to the Heat, and exchange for Wiggins and Doncic & James to form three super forward lineups.

Last season, Hachimura Shizuo settled firmly in the starting position, averaging 13.1 points, 5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in the regular season, with a shooting percentage of 50.9% and 41.3% in both events; in the playoffs, he averaged 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1 assist per game, and a shooting percentage of 49.1% and 48.4% in both events.
The guy's performance is still remarkable. The problem is that the Lakers' current lineup needs a wing that is both offensive and defensive, so Wiggins is obviously more suitable than him.

For the five starting players of the Lakers in the new season, the offensive organizational ability is full but the defensive defects are quite dazzling. As the saying goes, both are indispensable for offense to win the box office and defense to win the championship.

In fact, Wiggins (30 years old) is better than Hachimura (27 years old). Whether it is offensive or defensive, he followed the Warriors to win the championship as a core striker in 22 years and experienced the test of high-end games. His only disadvantage is that he is 3 years older. Wiggins, who was traded to the Heat by the Warriors in the mid-season 24-25, averaged 19 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.2 breaks and 1 attacker for his new club in the regular season, with a shooting percentage of 45.8% and 36% in both events; in the playoffs, averaging 11.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 attackers, and 37.2% and 35% in both events.
