September 24th, Knicks star Mikal Bridges attended a press conference today.
Speaking of head coach Thibodeau being fired, Bridges said: "I am one of them first, so no matter who loses his job, I will always feel sympathy for those who have experienced this situation. I have always been grateful to Thibodeau here, he is a very good person. I feel sorry for him."
The Knicks lost to the Pacers 2-4 in the Eastern Conference Finals and missed the Finals. Thibodeau was fired after that.
