Wade talks about Butler: I don t like how he treats games and he doesn t even look at the basket

May 20th News Recently, NBA celebrity Wade participated in a podcast program and talked about Butler's performance against the Timberwolves. He said he did not like the way he treated the game.

"I don't like the way he treats the game. I know Jimmy is a pass-first player. I know he wants his teammates to have the ball and let them play, but that doesn't work. You have to do it yourself, he doesn't even look at the basket," Wade said.

"I've seen this when he was wearing the Heat jersey before, so you know why Pat (Riley) didn't renew his contract, and he said 'We won't renew you, not always because of injuries, sometimes I need to see what you've been doing, not what you do at a certain moment'." Wade added, "We've seen Butler on the campus, he's a dog (a compliment, praise his fighting spirit), and he's seen another him in another final, against the Nuggets, he did exactly the same thing as the previous few days - not looking at the basket."

"I don't want to see him like that, Jimmy is a very good player, he's left his mark in the game, (but) if you don't shoot, don't get close to the basket, don't throw the ball, it's a bad offense, your team needs you to do that," Wade said at the end.

In the last two games, Butler made a total of 20 shots, scoring 31 points.
