Dortmund official: Vatsk will run for the president of Dortmund club in November this year
August 14, according to Dortmund's official website, Vatsk runs for the president of the Dortmund club.
Watsk will step down as chairman of the board of directors of Dortmund this fall, and he will run for the club's chairmanship at the annual meeting of Dortmund in November. Vatsk made this decision after careful consideration during the summer offseason and subsequently notified the relevant committees of the Dortmund club.
He said: "At our upcoming annual meeting, I will run for the position of President of the Dortmund Club. This is a decision made at the request of the BVB Committee. It would be an honor for me to continue to support our club with this important position after these 20 years of active contribution. I have discussed my decision privately with Reinhold Luno."
