With the closing of the summer window of the five major leagues in 2025, the "Transfer Market" website immediately counted the progress of the transfer work of each Serie A team. AC Milan has become the most active club, ranking first in Serie A in terms of sales revenue and purchase expenses. It is worth mentioning that the transfer of old player Donaluma to Manchester City also brought about 1 million euros in youth training compensation to the Ross and Blacks.

This summer window, the five major leagues swept in the transfer market, reaching a historical record of 10.23 billion euros. Among them, the Premier League ranked first with 3.56 billion shares. Serie A, which was always ridiculed to have settled in the country, ranked second in the year with a share of 1.19 billion euros (also ranked second in net investment), and the Bundesliga, La Liga and Ligue 1 ranked 3-5 respectively.

Looking at Serie A alone, there are more than 170 new contracts for the 20 teams, of which 72 are loan contracts. The newly promoted team, Cremonese, is the club with the most new faces. They have introduced 16 new players in one go and cleared out as many as 31 old players (17 of which are loans). After two rounds of Serie A, Cremonese also ranked third in the standings with two consecutive victories.

If the sales revenue is counted, AC Milan will undoubtedly be the top spot in Serie A. According to the Italian "Transfer Market" website, a total of 22 players from the Ross and Blacks left the team, 10 of whom were loaned out, generating 155 million euros in revenue for them. In terms of expenditure, Milan is also the highest in Serie A. They invested a total of 159 million euros to complete 11 signings, of which Nkunku became the Serie A leader with a price of 37 million euros, and Ashari also ranked second in the Serie A signing list with 36 million euros. These two people accounted for almost half of Milan's total expenditure. However, considering the revenue of 155 million euros, Milan's net investment this summer is only 4 million euros.

Interestingly, Milan will receive a windfall recently, which comes from the old general Donarumma who was despised by thousands of Roseniles. Qian Duoduo was once a star of tomorrow carefully cultivated by Milan youth training camp. At the age of 16, he was commissioned by the club to take an important task and played for the Reds and Blacks for six consecutive seasons.

In the summer window of 2021, Donnarumma rejected Milan's contract renewal negotiations. He chose to leave the team freely and join Paris without leaving a penny for the club that trained himself. Qian Duoduo then played for Paris for 4 seasons and led the team to the Champions League championship in the just-concluded season.

However, Paris coach Enrique believes that Donalamúma does not conform to his tactical system, and he wants a goalkeeper who is good at shooting under his feet. In addition, the Italian goalkeeper has entered the contract year. In order to prevent him from leaving freely again, the club signed Schalvalier from Lille as early as possible and prepared to clear Duoduo.

At the same time, Manchester City faced adjustments in the goalkeeper position. They finally signed Donnarumma for a price of 30 million euros plus a floating clause of 5 million euros. The 26-year-old Italian got his wish and received a weekly salary of 250,000 pounds.

Unexpectedly, this deal actually brought a meager profit to Milan, from which the Ross and Blacks will earn about 1 million euros of "unity bonus". This is thanks to the "solidarity mechanism" formulated by FIFA. The mechanism stipulates that when a professional player transfers during the contract period, the new club will need to pay a certain percentage of the transfer fee (usually no more than 5%) to all clubs that have trained him from the age of 12 to 23 as compensation for youth training.

Donaruma left the team freely when she first transferred to Paris, so she did not activate the Solidarity bonus, and this time he finally "passively" made a little contribution to his parent team. Of course, this is far from making up for the club's losses of letting him go for free that year.
