TA: Dortmund offers Toulouse defender Creswell, while chasing Anselmino

It is reported that Dortmund has made an offer for Toulouse defender Creswell, but the offer is lower than Toulouse's valuation of the former Leeds United defender. Dortmund is still chasing Creswell, and they deny having submitted a formal offer.
