On June 12, according to transfer reporter Romano, Manchester City is about to sign Norwegian 18-year-old midfielder Nipan, with the transfer fee expected to be 15 million euros. Neppan's personal terms have not been finalized yet, and it is reported that he is likely to sign a five-year contract with Manchester City.

Nipan, 18, plays as a midfielder. In 2022, 15-year-old Nippon made his debut in the first team of the Nobel Super League giant Rosenberg, and he became the youngest player in Rosenberg's history. Currently, Nipan represents Rosenberg in 70 games in various competitions, contributing 14 goals and 11 assists. At the national team level, Nipan was selected for the Norwegian U21 national team after skipping the level and has made 5 appearances so far. He is also seen by Norway as a potential stock that can compete with Haaland and Odegao in the future.

In the past year, Nipan has attracted the attention of many European giants. Arsenal and Aston Villa are the first clubs to come into contact with Nipan. The Gunners wanted to introduce this player in the transfer window in January this year. Villa coach Emery sent representatives to Norway to lobby in April. In addition, Girona, another La Liga team under the City Group, is rumored to want to sign the player. In the end, Manchester City executives personally met with Nipan's parents, which eventually led to the transfer.

Sydney Pan will not represent Manchester City immediately next season. Manchester City may level up on loan, and the loaned team is likely to want to sign Nipan's La Liga team Girona.
