Adding insult to injury! Post: Liverpool full-back Frimpong will be out injured for 6 weeks

Football

Hupu reported on October 30th that the "Daily Mail" Liverpool and team reporters published the Liverpool Weekly Report. The first part mentioned was Frimpong's injury.

According to sources, Jeremy Frimpong will face about six weeks of injury, which is another major blow to the Premier League champions who are in poor form.

After returning to England from Bayer Leverkusen this summer, the Dutch full-back encountered difficulties at the start. Frimpong missed several games early in the season with a hamstring injury.

In Liverpool's 5-1 victory over Frankfurt last Wednesday, he limped off the field with a suspected relapse of an old injury and has been sidelined for a week. Therefore, returning to the court in early December is his most likely goal.

The Red Army has lost six of their last seven games. In the 10 days before the international match day, they will face Aston Villa, Real Madrid and Manchester City one after another. The schedule is extremely challenging.

Then starting from November 22, the team will usher in six games within 17 days-home games against Nottingham Forest and PSV Eindhoven, away games against West Ham United, home games against Sunderland, away games against Leeds United, and away games against Inter Milan. Frimpong is expected to return in some games after the international break.

Northern Ireland player Connor Bradley himself is also plagued by injuries, but he is currently the only healthy senior pure right back in the team. Calvin Ramsey impressed in Wednesday night's defeat to Crystal Palace and could be a substitute if needed, but Joe Gomez and Dominic Szoboszlai are more likely.
